VENUE ASSESSMENT
We'll arrange a quick visit or video call to assess your space. We look at foot traffic, power access, and the best placement spot for the machine — somewhere musicians will naturally pass.
AGREEMENT SIGNED
We send over a straightforward 24-month placement agreement. No hidden clauses, no setup fees. You review it, sign it, and we get to work.
MACHINE INSTALLED
Our team delivers and installs the fully stocked Gear Box machine at your venue. We handle everything — positioning, setup, and a walkthrough for your staff. You don't lift a finger.
YOU EARN. WE RESTOCK.
From day one, you earn 10% of every sale made through the machine. We monitor stock levels remotely and restock within 24 hours of being notified. You share a monthly sales summary — that's it.
